J. Bart Heenan

Mr. Heenan is the CEO of Morphix Technologies, a manufacturer of a proprietary line of direct-read air sampling devices for monitoring air quality in the work place. Mr. Heenan is a results-oriented executive who has led large organizations at GE and small businesses such as TCSI, a high-technology company specializing in software for the telecommunications industry, and later Algorex, Inc., a high-tech startup that designed chips for cell phones.

 

Amy Levine

Ms. Levine is a partner at Shenkman Capital Management in New York City.   She has extensive financial market and banking experience with positions in portfolio management, high yield credit, commercial banking and with the Federal Reserve Bank of NY.  Ms. Levine has wide-ranging experience evaluating corporate financial and operating performance for making debt and equity investments.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Chicago.

 

Diana Nicholson

Ms. Nicholson is the owner of Good Network, Inc. where she provides consulting services to various Internet businesses.  She was previously at Monster.com where she held various positions across business development and product management and led the consumer division as an SVP and General Manager.  Earlier in her career she worked in risk management positions at First Boston, BZW Securities and Swiss Bank Corporation.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.

 

Wes McGee

Mr. McGee is a proven entrepreneur, with a long record of business success.  He has particularly strong skills in marketing and positioning a company and in fund raising. He is the President and CEO of Eyemarker Systems.  His prior position was the CEO of SiteSafe, Inc, a company that he grew from $1.0 million to $8.0 million in 3 years and sold to Crown Castle International realizing a significant return to investors.  Among a number of earlier successes, Mr McGee was the founder and CEO of Comm Site International, Inc., a company he grew and sold to American Tower in 1999.  Mr. McGee has an impressive record of successful management and growth of companies in a variety of industries.
